About Us
I am a thirty-year retired sergeant with the San Antonio Police Department who designed this testing website. One of my assignments was at the SAPD Police Training Academy, where I was assigned to oversee the academic and physical fitness of cadet training.
While at the Academy, I started looking at the statistical data needed for the Basic Peace Officer State exams. I have gathered sufficient data on each chapter and subchapters to create a mock state exam. Each mock test will have the same number of questions that the current state exam will have which is two-hundred fifty questions. I have written thousands of questions and created a number of mock exams.
These mock exams follow exactly the Texas State Exam question numbers that you will eventually be tested on.
Each exam you will be purchasing will have:
– fifty-four questions out of Penal Code
– twenty-six questions out of Traffic Code,
– twenty questions out of Arrest, Search and Seizure
-etc

I also gathered data from the Telecommunicators (Dispatchers) and Jailers exams, from them I created thousands of questions that could be on the exam. I then created mock state exams exactly how Texas gives exams. For a BPOC example, there are always fifty-four questions from the Penal Code twelve from the US Texas Constitution, and so on.

I have put together a multitude of mock state exams enabling you to practice tests that are built exactly like the Texas BPOC, Telecommunicators, and Jailers exams. Taking these mock tests will give you an idea of where you are at in your study process during cadet class. I can’t guarantee the passing of your exam, you have to put in the study time and learn all chapters and sub-chapters.
These tests can lessen the anxiety of the state exams by helping you to focus on your weak areas, allowing you to concentrate on those chapters and sub-chapters.
REMINDER-Three chapters on the Texas Peace Officers exam are not included:
Spanish, Firearms, and ALERRT Training.
These questions are legislatively updated.
